1. All fees paid to P&G Global Production, including but not limited to registration fees, participation fees, coordination fees, management fees or any other charges related to national or international pageants or fashion shows or runway events or print shoots, or promotional shoots are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Any fees paid for participation or involvement in international pageant for which the Indian license is held by P&G Global Production are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. This policy applies to all associated participants including, but not limited to, models, fashion designers, photographers, makeup artists, and other collaborators.

3. In the event of delay or postponement or cancellation of any international pageant for which the Indian license is owned by P&G Global Production, the team P&G Global shall not be held liable for any financial loss, damages or any other form of loss incurred by participants or candidates, designers or associated individuals.

4. The selection, rejection or disqualification of candidates for international pageants licensed to P&G Global Production for India shall be solely at the discretion of Team P&G Global. If a selected candidate is disqualified or replaced due to violation of rules, misconduct or involvement in any unlawful activity, P&G Global Production shall not be responsible for any financial compensation, refund or losses incurred by the candidate or associated parties.

5. Prior to associating with any international pageant or runway show or print shoot, Team P&G Global conducts reasonable background checks of the organizer or company or director involved. However, such verification does not guarantee the absence of future issues or disputes and P&G Global Production shall not be held liable for unforeseen circumstances arising thereafter.

6. All major and minor decisions related to PMT Model & Pageant Training Academy and RMI are exclusively owned and governed by P&G Global Production and such decisions shall be final and binding.

7. All participants, including candidates, designers, photographers, makeup artists, and associated individuals, must maintain professional conduct and ethical behavior during all activities associated with P&G Global Production.

Any form of misconduct, harassment, indiscipline or actions that may harm the reputation of the organization may result in immediate disqualification or termination of participation without refund or compensation.

8. By participating in any event or print shoot organized or managed by P&G Global Production, participants grant the team P&G Global full rights to capture, use, reproduce, publish and distribute photographs, videos and other media content for promotional, advertising, social media, website and marketing purposes without any additional compensation or approval.

9. P&G Global Production shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, theft or unforeseen incident that may occur before, during or after participation in any pageant or runway show or print shoot. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, travel arrangements, safety, etc.

10. P&G Global Production shall not be held liable for any delay, postponement, cancellation, or modification of pageant or runway show or print shoot caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, act of god, civil unrest, strikes, travel restrictions or technical failures. In such cases, the P&G Global reserves the right to reschedule or modify or cancel the pageant or runway show or print shoot without obligation of refund or compensation.

11. Participants and associated individuals agree not to publish or circulate any false, defamatory, misleading or damaging statements regarding P&G Global Production, its team and partners on social media or any public platform.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of association, disqualification, and potential legal action without any refund or compensation.

12. All titles, crowns, sashes, logos, trademarks, branding materials, and intellectual property associated with P&G Global Production and its licensed international pageants remain the exclusive property of the organization and respective pageant owners.

Any misuse of titles, branding or trademarks without prior written approval may lead to revocation of title, termination of association and legal action.

13. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute or legal matter arising from participation or association with P&G Global Production shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

14. By registering or participating or associating with any pageant or runway show or print shoot organized or managed by P&G Global Production, the participant agrees to follow the above Terms & Conditions.
